This children's book was developed through a collaboration with Stephen Harris, a 1994 graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a degree in Sculpture and the founder of Harris Custom Design (1998), specializing in mold making and casting.
While working closely with Stephen, I designed the book's layout and integrated the narrative with his illustrations, making deliberate decisions around pacing, typography, and page composition to maintain clarity and consistency throughout, ensuring the visual structure supported the story while keeping the artwork as the main focus. I also coordinated with print production to ensure design specifications, color accuracy, and file preparation met publishing standards.
